Hoy, miércoles 21 de octubre, desde las 12 horas, enfermeros de toda la Ciudad de Buenos Aires se reunirán en la Maternidad Sardá para desde allí movilizar a la jefatura de gobierno para exigirle a Horacio Rodriguez Larreta el reconocimiento inmediato de sus tareas como profesionales. Los enfermeros no son hoy reconocidos de igual manera que el resto de los trabajadores de la salud, siendo que en plena pandemia su tarea se ha vuelto absolutamente esencial.
Por su parte, sus salarios continúan absolutamente por debajo de la pobreza, lo que lleva a enfermeros a tener que trabajar en varios hospitales a la vez para cubrir su canasta básica. Exigimos, entonces, que se decrete una jornada oficial de seis horas para todos los trabajadores de la salud y el salario igual a la canasta familiar, hoy arriba de los 100 mil pesos.
